Dumbbells are a type of free weight used in resistance training, consisting of a short bar with a weight attached to each end. They can be used individually or in pairs to strengthen and tone muscles in the arms, chest, shoulders, and back. We provide a pair of dumbbells in the weight you chose.
How does it work?
You pay for the first eight weeks rental, deposit, plus delivery charge. We then contact you to arrange a delivery time. When we deliver we set up a rental charge which will be taken every 4 weeks until you contact us to arrange for collection at the end of your hire. When we collect we will return your deposit.
