Supporting Your Training

Our Personal Trainers are here to provide you with the tools and support that you need to get to where you want to be. Whether you want to combat chronic pain, boost self-esteem, increase strength, hit a performance based goal, fall in love with movement or lose weight we have got you.

Each of our Personal Trainers practice what they preach and train to be the best version of themselves with the hope that lots of people can be inspired along the way.

Personal Training is very bespoke so to start your journey we will set a call to get to know you a little better so we can propose a package that we feel would work well for you based on your goals and availability, we will also allocate you a Personal Trainer that we feel would be most suitable. Once we have done this you can decide whether you would like to start.

Confidence Builder

Are you keen to get moving within a group environment but feel slightly anxious about the prospect of it?

If this is the case this is the perfect package for you.

We will spend the first 4 weeks working on a 1:1 basis, you will learn the basics of all the moves you will likely do within group classes & build up a base level of fitness with the option to join group classes.

We will spend the second 4 weeks introducing as many group classes as you would like into your schedule as well as having 1 1:1 PT session per week where we can focus in on any challenges you may have.

After the 8 Week Confidence Builder you will have the skills and knowledge to go to as many group classes as you would like to do.
