Exercise has always been a huge and important part of my life, not just to maintain my physical health, but also (and mostly) my mental health too. I realise a lot of people have reasons they choose not to train, including:
- A lack of confidence in a gym
- Have not found what they enjoy yet
- Have no direction and/or do not know where to start
I became a PT to help others address & solve these barriers and allow people to see the incredible impact movement has on the way we think and feel.
