Hey! I’m Shannon.
I grew up playing sport, and as my interest in psychology developed, I became fascinated by the link between fitness and mental health.
With an MSc in Clinical Psychology, I’ve spent the last two years working in eating disorder recovery while pushing my own limits, completing 2x Ironman 70.3 triathlons. I’ve tried nearly every sport going and learned that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Fitness is there to enhance our lives, not control it!
I’m passionate about helping people build strength, resilience, and balance in a way that supports long-term wellbeing — physically and mentally. Fitness should feel empowering, balanced and sustainable.
