Hi! I’m Lakiesha
If I’m not coaching or training in the gym, you’ll most likely find me spending time with family (I’m really close with them) or knee-deep in-home renovations after recently buying a house, turns out training for Hyrox and renovating both require a lot of grit and patience!
Fitness has been a real journey for me, nothing has ever been completely straightforward, but it’s had a hugely positive impact on my life, both mentally and physically. Training gave me structure, confidence and a way to challenge myself, which is why I’m so passionate about movement with purpose. For me, that includes Hyrox, running and the occasional triathlon.
Right now, I’ve got some big goals that keep me motivated, but I know first-hand that progress isn’t always linear, and that’s something I bring into my coaching.
I bring lots of energy (and hopefully plenty of smiles!) and I love supporting people at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re starting from scratch or chasing performance goals, my aim is to support, motivate, and help you grow, whilst most importantly making training something you genuinely look forward to and enjoy.
