Warehouse Fitness is a small, community-based gym where people of all abilities come together to fall in love with movement. Whether you’re taking your very first steps into fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, our goal is simple: create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and inspired.

At Warehouse Fitness, our coaches are passionate about delivering the best possible experience every time you walk through the doors. We believe fitness is about more than just training — it’s about helping people grow as individuals, build confidence, improve their health, and enjoy the journey along the way. Our sessions focus primarily on Strength & Conditioning, helping you build strength, improve fitness, and move better both inside and outside the gym. We also deliver dedicated Hyrox sessions, designed to prepare you for your next race or simply give you a taste of one of the fastest-growing fitness sports in the world. We recently launched a small social wellness community called Zonal, which required renting 12 stationary bikes—and from the very first conversation, we knew we were in excellent hands with Warehouse Fitness. Millie was incredibly personable and took a genuine interest in our business and mission. It really felt like she was invested in our journey and wanted to see us succeed. As with any new venture, it took some time to get everything off the ground, but she remained patient, supportive, and understanding throughout the entire process. On the day of the event, she and her colleague handled the setup seamlessly—everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. Beyond that, she even supported us by re-sharing our Instagram stories, which helped us reach a wider audience and grow our community. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The quality of the bikes was excellent, the customer service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. We would highly recommend Warehouse Fitness to anyone looking for reliable equipment and a team that truly cares.

Really happy with Warehouse Fitness equipment hire! I needed a wall ball for my hyrox training so reached out to WF and they were super helpful. The process was simple, the equipment is great quality, and the cost was very reasonable Would highly recommend !!

Warehouse Fitness is a brilliant gym for anyone - regardless what stage of your fitness journey you're at. Everyone is really friendly and the coaches are extremely knowledgable and supportive. Classes are loads of fun and there's a great social calendar too - meaning your gains will come in the form of both muscle and friends! Love it! Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this gym! From day one, I felt like part of the community. The vibe is incredible, the class times are super convenient, and there’s a positive energy every time you walk through the door. I was never a morning person, but since joining in August 2025 I’m now getting up early to train something I never thought I’d do. I joined this Warehouse Fitness gym back in July 2025 after moving to Reading that January, and honestly I just wish I’d found it sooner! The variety of classes keeps things fun and challenging, but what really sets this place apart is the community. Supportive, motivating, and welcoming. I joined last October and haven't looked back. A great, welcoming community! Working out with others really helps me push my limits of strength and endurance. Plus it's a fun atmosphere! The instructors are amazing and have helped me train through old injuries. Of all the gyms I've joined over the years, this one is distinctive. A good choice of early morning or evening classes.

It has been the best decision I have ever made joining WHF! I tried going to the gym on my own and having a PT bust always struggled to stick to them and build up consistency. With WHF, consistency has not been an issue at all. The classes are fun, all coaches are amazing and you are able to push yourself as much as you want. Everyone is smiling every session. It truly feels like a family and one that has made me fall in love with moving my body and becoming a stronger and helping me grow to be the best version of myself.
