Fully Functional Boxing Gym

Boxing forms a core part of the facilities at the Ware-house Swansea. We have a fully functional boxing gym with ring, cardio equipment and a range of high quality light and heavy bags. We also have a free weight section to assist with explosive training and muscle building.

Fitness Studio

Our fitness studio is a one of a kind. Set in an imitation nightclub environment of speakers and lighting are 42 punch bags on electronic rollers the studio can change from a boxing environment to an open space at the flick of a switch. A DJ console and stage sets the perfect setting for our early morning boot camps and unique Funky Pump Fitness classes. A split circuit and bag contact class held whilst a DJ plays the latest house music in an imitation environment sets our classes apart from the rest. The average calorie burn in one of our classes is between 800-1200 calories... there really is no other class like it.

Rooftop Gym

The building also incorporates a rooftop training environment. The roof has 12 punch bags and a range of Guerrilla Fitness training apparatus. Sledge hammers, Tyres, Barrels and Sleighs amongst other things provide perfect tools for functional and strength training. The open environment is a perfect place to train when the sun is out and about.
